1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using UnlockSub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You can write to us at support@unlocksub.com.

2. The Service

UnlockSub lets you create short links that can require visitors to complete social actions (such as following, subscribing or joining) before reaching the destination. You can also earn money from the traffic your links receive.

3. Your account and minimum age

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person is allowed.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. To receive payments you must be 18 or the age of majority in your country; if you are a minor, the payout account must be in the name of your parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms.

4. Prohibited content and use

You may not shorten or promote links to illegal content, malware, phishing, scams, adult content, copyright-infringing material or spam, or mislead visitors about where a link leads.

5. Earnings, referrals and invalid traffic

  • Earnings are calculated from valid views only. Rates per 1,000 views depend on the visitor's country and are published on the rates page. They may change; changes do not affect earnings already recorded.
  • Views of links opened from your Link-in-bio page are paid at half the normal rate.
  • Referral program: you earn up to 10% of the earnings of users who sign up with your link, without it being deducted from what they earn.
  • Bots, automated traffic, paid-to-click or incentivized traffic, traffic exchanges, self-clicks, proxy/VPN abuse and multiple accounts are forbidden and generate no earnings. We may adjust, withhold or cancel earnings from invalid traffic and suspend the accounts involved.

6. Withdrawals

You can withdraw from US$1 via PayPal or Binance Pay, and from US$10 in USDT. We process withdrawals within 4 business days and send them to the method set in your profile. Incorrect payment details are your responsibility. We may hold a withdrawal while we review possible fraud; if that happens, we will notify you by email.

7. Plans, Wallet, add-ons and campaigns

  • Paid plans give extra features for the period purchased. The price and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, your account returns to the free plan and you can buy again whenever you want.
  • If we change a plan's price, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance; the new price only applies to later purchases.
  • The Wallet holds the balance you top up to buy plans, add-ons and campaigns within UnlockSub. It is not a bank account or e-money and does not earn interest.
  • Profile add-ons are activated when purchased and last for the time stated in their description.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Inactive accounts and links

To keep the platform clean and secure:

  • Links older than 30 days that have received no views may be deleted without notice.
  • Accounts registered more than 30 days ago with no earnings, no link views and no activity may be deleted without notice.
  • Accounts with no activity (no log-in, no new links and no new views) for 30 consecutive days may be deleted. Any balance below the minimum withdrawal amount at the time of deletion is forfeited.
  • Accounts with a pending or approved withdrawal are never deleted until the payment is completed.

9. Copyright

If you believe an UnlockSub link infringes your rights, write to support@unlocksub.com with: the UnlockSub link, the protected work, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or their representative. We will review the notice and, where appropriate, disable the link within 5 business days.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, UnlockSub is not liable for indirect damages or lost earnings caused by downtime, third-party platforms or account actions taken under these Terms.

12. Changes

We will notify you by email or in your dashboard at least 15 days before a significant change to these Terms takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account and withdraw your available earnings before that date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. This does not remove any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
