This Privacy Policy explains what data UnlockSub ("we", "the platform") collects, how we use it, who we share it with and what choices you have. It applies to people who create an UnlockSub account and to people who visit links created with the platform. The data controller is UnlockSub; you can write to us at support@unlocksub.com.
1. Data you provide
- Account: username, display name, email address and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
- Payments: the payout method you choose and the details needed to send you money (for example, a PayPal email, your Binance Pay ID or your USDT wallet address).
- Sign-up: the country and time zone you choose when creating your account, so your statistics are shown in your local time.
- Acceptance of documents: the date, document version, IP address and browser with which you accept the Terms of Use and this policy, as proof of your consent.
- Content: the links you shorten, their titles and the actions you set up (follow, subscribe, join, etc.).
- Support: what you send us through the contact page or Telegram support.
2. Sign in with X
If you choose to sign in or sign up with your X (formerly Twitter) account, we only request the read permission users.read and receive:
- Your X user ID, which we use as an identifier to prevent duplicate accounts.
- Your username (@handle) and display name.
- Your profile picture URL, to show it in your dashboard.
- An access token that confirms the session is legitimate.
We never post on your behalf, read your messages or access your followers. You can revoke access at any time from X's connected apps settings.
3. Data collected automatically
Account activity and security. To protect accounts, prevent fraud (for example, multiple accounts or invalid clicks) and provide support, when you sign in we record:
- Date and time of each sign-in and of your last activity.
- IP address and the approximate country derived from it.
- Device type and browser (user agent).
- The last dashboard page you visited.
Account requests. When you ask to create an account or recover your password, we store the IP address and date of the request to prevent abuse.
This information is only accessible to UnlockSub administrators, is used exclusively for security, fraud prevention and support, and the sign-in history is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Link visits. When someone opens an UnlockSub link we record technical data about the visit: IP address, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, referring site (referer) and date and time. We use it to show statistics to the link creator, calculate earnings and detect invalid traffic (bots, abusive VPNs or proxies, self-clicks). Creators see aggregated statistics, not each visitor's IP address.
4. How we use data
- To provide the service: create and redirect links, show statistics and manage your account.
- To calculate earnings and process withdrawals.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and invalid traffic.
- To answer your support requests.
- To send you important notices about your account or changes to these policies.
- To show the advertising that funds the platform (see section 5).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Advertising and third-party cookies
UnlockSub shows ads, including Google ads, on some pages of the site and of the links.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of other vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
6. Cookies used by UnlockSub
Besides the advertising cookies above, we use our own cookies that the site needs to work:
- Session: keeps you signed in while you browse.
- Security: protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF).
- Remember me: keeps you signed in if you tick that option.
- Preferences: remembers your language and whether you use light or dark mode.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a Google message to accept or reject advertising cookies before they are used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features (such as signing in) will stop working.
7. Who we share data with
- Payment providers (PayPal and Binance, including USDT payouts): only the details needed to send your payments.
- Infrastructure providers: the web hosting where the platform runs.
- Google: to show advertising and, when enabled, for reCAPTCHA bot protection.
- X: only if you use sign in with X.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and our users against fraud or abuse.
8. Data retention
- Sign-in history is deleted after 90 days.
- Account data is kept while the account is active and for up to 12 months after it is closed. Inactive accounts and links may be deleted as described in the Terms of Use.
- Payment and withdrawal records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Records of document acceptance are kept as long as needed to prove your consent.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted access to data. No system is 100% secure, so we recommend using a unique password and never sharing your login details.
10. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain uses and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
- Write to support@unlocksub.com from your account email, stating the right you want to exercise.

11. Children
UnlockSub is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us so we can delete it.
12. International transfers
Some providers we use store data outside your country: our web host, Google (ads and reCAPTCHA), PayPal and Binance (payments) and X (if you use X sign-in). We only share what is needed to provide the service and apply the safeguards described in this policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in your dashboard.
14. Contact
